What it does: Made to be four times stronger than previous versions, this saucepan offers a textured, triple-reinforced coating that browns well and wipes clean.

Additional features: Hard-anodized aluminum construction and a fully encapsulated stainless steel base resist warping and offer even temperatures, and the tempered glass lid allows you to watch your food as it cooks. Stay-cool ergonomic handles make it easy to manipulate the pan.

Compatible heat sources: Compatible with all cooktops and oven safe up to 500°F (tempered glass lid up to 425°F).
