What it does: Crafted of cast iron with a chip-resistant enameled finish, it offers exceptional heat distribution and retention qualities for precise temperature control. The enameled interior minimizes sticking and staining, requires no preseasoning and is easy to clean.

Additional features: Tall curved sides and a precision lid promote convection and moisture circulation for evenly cooked grains, and the stoneware inner lid is formulated with steam vents to prevent boil over.

Compatible heat sources: Ceramic, electric, gas, halogen, induction and oven.

Includes: Rice pot, stoneware inner lid, lid.
