What it does: Sear, sauté and simmer with ease using this smartly engineered fry pan featuring triple-ply construction and a full aluminum core for quick and even heating. The fully sealed dripless precision pour rim keeps spills to a minimum, while the ergonomic stay-cool handles and helper handles allow for quick, comfortable movement on the stovetop.

Additional features: The ergonomic stay-cool handle ensures comfort and easy maneuvering while minimizing heat transfer. Surgical-grade stainless steel forms the inside layer, providing a stable surface that resists pitting and scorching. Finally, the magnetic external layer adds induction compatibility and resists discoloration, thanks to the titanium-infused finish.

Compatible heat sources: Ceramic, electric, gas, halogen and induction cooktops; over-safe up to 500ºF.
