How we collect personal information
We collect personal information in various ways, both directly and indirectly. For example, when you send us postal mail, email our customer care team, fill out a form on our Websites, place an order through the Websites or Apps, or provide information to one of our web-store team members, we collect your information directly from you. We may also collect your personal information indirectly through automated means, for example, when you interact with our Websites or use our Apps, we may use technologies to collect information about how you use the Websites or Apps. We may also receive information about you from third parties including from our affiliates and subsidiaries, social media platforms or from our advertising partners.
We collect personal information when you provide it
We may collect personal information directly from you or your device as follows:
- When you register for a Bulkbuyshop account, it is necessary for you to provide personal information that includes your name and email address. You may choose to provide us with additional personal information, including billing, mailing, and shipping addresses, phone number, and a payment method (e.g., credit card). If you make purchases through the Websites or Apps, you will also create a username and password, information that on subsequent visits helps us confirm your identity and makes it easier for you to make purchases on our Websites and Apps.
- If you join our membership, in addition to the Bulkbuyshop account information you provide (as noted above), we will also need your mobile phone number.
- If you apply for a credit account or to manage an existing credit or debit account, you will need to provide your name, mailing address, email address, and phone number. You will also need to provide other information needed to assess your credit worthiness and verify your identity, such as date of birth, social security number, income, and employer information. This information is necessary for us to process your application, manage your account, and provide you with credit-related services. Please note that if you choose to link your card to another third-party website, they may use your information in different ways and have privacy policies that differ from ours; please refer to their privacy policies to understand how they collect and handle your information and your choices.
- When you shop with us, either through the Websites or App, we store your browsing history, what you searched for, including when you use our style personalization tools, what you have saved for later, and when you ask us to notify you about items that go on sale or come back in stock and what you bought (if you make a purchase).
- When you interact with Bulkbuyshop, including with a member of our sales team, visit a store, contact our Customer Care team, participate in a contest or sweepstakes, respond to a survey, engage in a promotional activity, register to attend an event or appointment, or apply for employment (applicants have access to our Careers Privacy Policy, which contains information on our collection and use of applicant and employee data).

We collect personal information using automated technologies
Personal information is also collected through automated technologies and shared with us when you visit our Website, use our Apps, open an email, or click on one of our advertisements.
We automatically create website and mobile application log files, which are created when you access our Website and/or Apps. In addition, automated data collection technologies—such as cookies, beacons, tags, software development kits (SDK), and scripts—are used by us to analyze trends, administer the Websites and Apps, and track users’ movements around the Websites and Apps. We, and our third-party service providers, also use these technologies to gather demographic information about our user base as individuals and in the aggregate.

We may combine information collected automatically (as described above) from your interactions with our Services and your activity on third-party sites with other data (including personal information).

We use analytics services, including Google Analytics, to better understand how customers use our Websites and Apps to improve those technologies and optimize your experience and interactions. We may share feedback you provide to us
We are excited when customers want to share feedback with us about the products and services they have purchased and what we offer. If you ask a question about a product, respond to a question about a product or submit an online review, including if you include a photo, please be aware that this feedback may be publicly shared and used by us on the Websites or Apps without compensation or attribution. Your options and legal disclosures
We recognize that you want choice not only in the products and services we offer but also in how your personal information is used and shared. We currently offer the following choices and options:
- Viewing your personal information. You can access your name, email address, billing address, shipping addresses, payment methods, transaction information (orders, purchases, and returns), membership information and email by logging into your account on the Websites.
- Updating your personal information. You can also correct or update your name, email, billing or shipping addresses, some shopping preferences (such as preferred store location) and payment methods by logging into your account on the Websites. You may also make a request to update your personal information by writing to us at the email or postal mailing address specified in the Contact us section below.
- Targeted advertising. You may opt out of the use of information about your browsing activities on our Services to show you ads on other websites and services by adjusting your settings for each device and browser you use with the Websites and within each App you use. You may also opt out of targeted advertising by certain companies that participate in third-party industry groups by visiting the Network Advertising Initiative consumer opt-out page or the Digital Advertising Alliance’s consumer choice tool. In addition, your device settings may offer you additional privacy settings when using our Apps; please see the device settings for details. Please note that even if you opt out of receiving interest-based advertising, you will still receive advertisements, but they will be more general in nature.
- Email choices. You can opt out of marketing or advertising emails by following the unsubscribe process included in the promotional email you received or by logging into your account and indicating your preference. Please keep in mind that you if you opt out of receiving marketing messages, you will still receive transactional and service-related emails from us (such as emails related to your order, correction of personal information, password reset requests, reminder emails you have requested, updates to our terms and policies and other similar communications essential to your transactions on the Websites or Apps) that may be necessary for us to make the Websites and Apps available to you or respond to your inquiries.
- Direct mail choices. You may opt out of receiving marketing or advertising by direct mail by logging into your account on our Websites and indicating your preference. Alternatively, you can contact us through one of the methods specified in the Contact us section below and provide the name and mailing address that you would like to opt out. Please note that these requests may take up to 8–10 weeks to become effective.
- Telephone choices (calls and texts). You may opt out of receiving text messages by texting “Stop” at the end of any message you receive, or to opt out of marketing or advertising calls, by contacting us through one of the methods specified in the Contact us section below and sharing the phone number that you would like to opt out.
Rest assured, Bulkbuyshop will not discriminate or retaliate against you if you elect to exercise any legally available rights as described in this Policy. If you would like an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf, please send us an email at info@6868wetest.com for instructions and additional information we need to respond to a request when submitted by a legally authorized agent.
Identity verification requirement. The law requires that we validate the identity and legal authority associated with certain personal information requests, including for customers residing in states granting additional rights as set out below. As a result, we may require that you take additional steps to validate your identity and legal authority, particularly where you make a request through our online form or in writing (email or postal mail). If you make a request online or through our Customer Care center, we will send a message to the email address you provided in your request and you must validate your request within seven (7) days as instructed in that email. Your request will be considered validated once you have completed the email validation process or submitted additional information as requested. Should you fail to confirm your request within the relevant timeframe and/or fail to provide the additional information requested, your request will be considered unvalidated and closed.
We will provide a response to any personal information request within the timeframe required by law. If we cannot substantively respond to your request in a timely manner, we will notify you and provide the reason for the delay.
Under certain circumstances, we may not be able to fulfill your request, such as when doing so would interfere with our regulatory or legal obligations, where we cannot verify your identity, or if your request involves disproportionate cost or effort. But we will respond to your request within a reasonable time, as required by law, and provide an explanation.
For our customers residing outside the US and Canada
Bulkbuyshop does not market for direct sale to customers in regions outside the United States and Canada, including the European Economic Area (EEA), Switzerland and the United Kingdom (UK). Purchases made through our Websites or Apps that ship to locations outside the United States and Canada are processed by Borderfree, Inc. (“Borderfree”), not Bulkbuyshop. Any personal information associated with those orders will be received by Bulkbuyshop on behalf of Borderfree. Bulkbuyshop may access personal information controlled by Borderfree to fulfill orders. If you provide personal information through the Websites or Apps separate from a purchase, you understand that your personal information will be transferred to and processed in the United States of America and any other country or jurisdiction at our sole discretion. The laws that apply to the use and protection of personal information in the United States or other countries or jurisdictions in which we transfer or process personal information may be different from the laws and protections in your country.
