Refund & Return Policy

At Bulkbuyshop.com, our approach to returns is centered around ensuring our customers’ satisfaction. We stand firmly behind the quality of our products and services and are committed to resolving any issues on a case-by-case basis. Our primary goal is to make our customers happy, and we are dedicated to dealing with every situation fairly and reasonably. We have always believed that when we treat our customers with fairness, they reciprocate with fairness in return. In cases where a return is necessary, we will apply the refund in BB points equivalent to the original payment amount during the purchase. If there is no record of the sale available, we may request personal identification, and the refund will be issued in the form of BB points at the current price.

If you need to initiate a return, please note that we no longer include return labels with orders. However, you have several convenient options: you can print your own prepaid label, receive a QR code for use at eligible USPS or FedEx locations.

It’s important to note that fine jewelry and designer items purchased at Bulkbuyship.com are not eligible for returns. 

If you need to process a return for boutique items, please do so at the store where they were initially purchased. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are here to assist you in every way we can.

2. Do I need a receipt for my purchase?

Your receipt or order number helps us locate your purchase the fastest. If you don’t have a receipt, we should be able to find the purchase in other ways, but we may ask you for more information so we can better assist with your request. If no record of sale is available and we choose to provide a refund, your personal identification will be required to process the return and the return is provided at current price on BB points.
