In cases where a return is necessary, we will apply the refund in BB points equivalent to the original payment amount during the purchase. If there is no record of the sale available, we may request personal identification, and the refund will be issued in the form of BB points at the current price.

If you need to initiate a return, please note that we no longer include return labels with orders. However, you have several convenient options: you can print your own prepaid label, receive a QR code for use at eligible USPS or FedEx locations.

It’s important to note that fine jewelry and designer items purchased at Bulkbuyship.com are not eligible for returns.
